Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake
Ingredients: Makes 1 Servings
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @sunwarrior )
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon flour (I did whole wheat; you can use what you prefer)
1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup plant milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sugar (brown, coconut or monk fruit, I used monk fruit)
Icing:2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon plant milk
Directions:
Mix everything into a mug (not icing). Heat in micro for 60 seconds - some may need a little longer like 90 seconds.
Make icing by mixing together sugar and milk.
Pour icing on top and enjoy.
