Three ingredient cookies
INGREDIENTS: About 10-12 cookies
1 ½ cups almond flour
½ cup creamy natural peanut butter - Make sure it's nice and drippy. If it's thick and lumpy, it will not mix well.
¼ cup pure maple syrup
½ teaspoon baking soda
DIRECTIONS
Mix flour, peanut butter and maple syrup together
Take the mixture and roll into little balls (kind of like the size of a protein ball)
Lay each Individual ball on a nonstick cookie sheet or parchment paper and press gently down with your fork. Then press one more time crossing over the marks you just made.
Bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes and enjoy
