Oil Free Hummus
When I’m in the mood for dipping veggies, slathering a sandwich, or drizzling my food with something, it’s usually with this hummus. Oil free, and delicious, it’s sure to make your taste buds happy.
Ingredients: Makes 2-4 servings
1.5 cups of chickpeas
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP Tahini (optional, almost completely fat free without it)
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp cumin
1/3 cup of water
salt to taste
Instructions
Throw everything is a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
