Savory Oats
Ingredients: Makes 1 servings
Oats - I use 1 Cup of rolled oats
Veggie Broth - I use 2 Cups
Cherry Tomatoes
Spinach
Nutritional Yeast - I use 3 - 4 TBSP
Ground Flax Seed or Avocado for toppings
Instructions:
Throw everything except flax seeds/avo in a pot and cook until creamy.
Top with Ground Flax seeds, or avo, or both.
Serve and enjoy!
