Low-Calorie Banana Bread Mug Cake
Ingredients: Makes 1 servings (about 266 calories)
1/2 medium-size ripe banana
2 TBSP plant milk
1 TSP vanilla extract
3 TBSP whole wheat flour
1 TBSP vegan chocolate chips
1 TBSP brown sugar (optional - sometimes I use apple sauce in its place, or leave it out altogether).
1/2 TSP baking powder
1/4 TSP baking soda
Instructions:
Smoosh banana and mix together with the plant milk and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
Add both wet and dry ingredients together and stir well.
Place in the microwave for 90 seconds
serve and enjoy!
