5 Minute Edamae Bowl
Ingredients: Makes 1 Servings
1 cup frozen rice
1/2 cup frozen edamame
1-2 cup frozen or fresh peppers
2-3 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp tahini
Instructions:
Out rice, edamame and peppers in a pan and heat until warm.
Add soy sauce and tahini and mis well
Serve and enjoy!
