Oil Free Hummus

When I’m in the mood for dipping veggies, slathering a sandwich, or drizzling my food with something, it’s usually with this hummus. Oil free, and delicious, it’s sure to make your taste buds happy.

Ingredients: Makes 2-4 servings

  • 1.5 cups of chickpeas

  • 2 TBSP lemon juice

  • 1 TBSP Tahini (optional, almost completely fat free without it)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/3 cup of water

  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Throw everything is a high speed blender and mix until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!
