Zero Fat Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients: Makes 10-12 muffins
1 cup flour - I used whole wheat
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup apple butter (or apple sauce)
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (you can use any plant milk)
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar (or stevia if you want these sugar free)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix flour, baking sod, baking powder, apple sauce, almond milk, vanilla and sugar together.
Gently fold in the blueberries
Bake for 15-20 mins, let cool
