Chickpea Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients: Makes about 2-3 servings
1 can chickpeas drained
4 TBSP maple syrup
Splash of light coconut milk (optional, but does make it creamier)
1/8 cup PB2 (mixed with water to make a paste)
1/8 cup of nut butter (we did peanut butter)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Blend everything together completely squishing the chickpeas until it’s all smooth.
Fold in desired amount of vegan chocolate chips
Dip in your fav fruit of choice and eat your little heart out
