Savory Oats

Ingredients: Makes 1 servings

  • Oats - I use 1 Cup of rolled oats

  • Veggie Broth - I use 2 Cups

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Spinach

  • Nutritional Yeast - I use 3 - 4 TBSP

  • Ground Flax Seed or Avocado for toppings

    Instructions:

  • Throw everything except flax seeds/avo in a pot and cook until creamy.

  • Top with Ground Flax seeds, or avo, or both.

  • Serve and enjoy!
