Super Satisfying Sushi bowl
If you’ve been following me for a while you know I LOVE me a sushi bowl! It’s so easy to make with literally 4 simple ingredients. Plus it’s great at satisfying me, keeps me full and it’s full of nutrition. It’s my go-to at least three times per week right now.
Ingredients: Makes 1 serving
1/2 Avocado
1 shredded carrot
1/2 half cucumber
brown or white rice
Top with light soy sauce + sesame seeds.
Dig in and Enjoy!
