If there’s one thing I love, besides my family, it’s creating healthy food that’s easy to make in minutes. There’s something about it that makes my soul happy. And I get that, because eating foods that nourish our body should be easy. It doesn’t have to be rocket science; although, sometimes I know it can feel like it.

I mean, it’s really a win win all around. But let’s chat about the “on-the-go” amazingness here. Whenever we go on vacation, or on a road trip, these amazing little Right Food containers are in my bag. All I need is to bring a thermos of hot water with me, or just order hot water at a drive through, etc. and I am good to go! And when at a hotel or a restaurant where there may not be food I want to eat, again, I get my hot water, order me some steamed broccoli or other veggie and I have my healthy, plant based meal ready to go!
