Oil Free Salad Dressing
Oh man, this dressing is delicious. It’s so rich, and flavorful and has zero oil. This gets used so much in this house for all kinds of meals, not just salads…taco sauces, casseroles, potato dishes, etc. The sky’s the limit!
The recipe below is for one serving, but feel free to double or quadrople it and store it in a mason jar in the refrigetator. I would keep it for about 1 week and then toss it after that - if it even lasts that long.
Ingredients: Makes 1 servings
1 TSBP Tahini
I - 2 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce (depending on how much you like)
1 TSP Apple Cidar Vinegar
1/4 - 1 tsp TSP water (depending on how thin you want it).
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
