Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients: Makes 1-2 Servings

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour (or almond)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • large handful vegan chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Add everything together in a mixing bow;. If mixture is too dry to make balls, add 1 tbsp pf plant milk at a time. If mixture is too wet, add 1 tbsp of flour at a time.

  • Roll mixture into 10 balls

  • Enjoy!
