Banana Walnut Pancakes

Can I share a secret? I eat the banana walnut pancakes all the time! AND I ate them while reversing the many health issues plaguing my body and while dropping 50 LBS!

How? By using the right ingredients. That’s all.  No junk, no animal products, no butters and no oil. They still taste delicious and are more satisfying and filling than ever before. Ingredients: Makes 4 pancakes

  • 1 c oats

  • 1 c plant milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 medium banana

  • Finely chopped walnuts - I use half of a palm full

  • Pure organic maple syrup

Instructions:

  • Mix oats, milk, 1/2 of the banana and baking powder in a blender until smooth

  • Pour or batter into a nonstick pan forming 4 pancakes

  • Sprinkle with walnuts and flip when the pancakes start to bubble

  • Top with slices of banana ( use from the remaining half), chopped walnuts and pure maple syrup.
