Tofu Scramble

How To Make:

Mix in a bowl:
1/2 block of pressed tofu - crumble it up with your hands

1 -2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (more or less if you prefer - I do about 2 tbsp)

1/4 c nutritional yeast

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp smoked paprika


VEGGIES:

You can add any veggies to this. I usually add spinach and tomatoes, but the sky is the limit.
-Add everything to a pan and saute until it is warm and the veggies are soft. Enjoy!
